This year's Christmas Eve Service will be at 6:00 PM in the Sanctuary.  We will have a service of Lessons and Carols including the Lord's Supper.  All are welcome to attend and nursery will be provided for children ages 3 and under.

The choir will be offering some special music for the Christmas season on Sunday, December 21, during worship.  They will provide two pieces which will take place during the anthem.

The congregation will meet following worship on Sunday, December 14 in order to approve the Pastor's Terms of Call for 2009.  Following this meeting, we will gather in the Fellowship Hall for our Second Sunday Lunch. 

Sunday, December 14 the children will meet at 10:00 in the Fellowship Hall to try on their costumes for the pageant on December 21.  Children should take their costumes home to clean them and then return with them the following Sunday at 9:00 for rehearsal in the Sanctuary.  A special thanks goes out to Catherine Betts and Ellen Bland for their willingness to assist in this year's pageant.

Saturday, November 15th we will continue on long history of support for the Chatham County Habitat for Humanity organization.  This time the home we will be working on is here in Pittsboro.  Folk who wish to help are asked to call Paul Harrell (542-2743) and let him know how you wish to help.  We will need food for the day as well as hands for building.  The goal of the day is to set the framing for the walls of the house.  If you plan to attend, please be at the church by 8:15am.
